Hydrate marshmallow

Instructions

Pour the water into a container and add the gelatin.

Wait a few minutes.

In a skillet, put 1/2 glass of water, the cup of honey and 1/2 sachet of Ripstix Hydrate (Punch or Glacier)

Mix and bring to 242 Degrees Fahrenheit

Pour into the container where there is water and gelatin.

Mix slowly and gradually increase the speed. Mix at full power for 7 to 10 minutes.

The mixture will form soft peaks.

Pour into the molds.

Wait 1 hour.

In another container, add 1/2 sachet of Ripstix Hydrate (Punch and Glacier) to 1/2 cut shredded coconut.

Coat marshmallow in this mixture.
