They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day—so why not spice up your routine and actually look forward to the morning! This pancake mix is packed with Vanilla Plant Protein and is quick and easy so you can be out the door in no time. Here’s to becoming a morning person!

 

Vanilla Protein Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp organic flaxseed meal
  • 2 packs vanilla plant protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups of water

Instructions

Combine oats, flaxseed meal, vanilla plant protein, banana and eggs in large mixing bowl. Take a fork and mash everything together until it becomes a dough-like consistency. Add in water until you reach your desired pancake batter consistency. Scoop some mix up and place it on a hot pan. Grab your desired pancake topping and enjoy!
